Nicole McLaughlin
Health and safety consultant and instructor
Nicole recently joined the Workplace Safety School of NB and has over ten years of experience as a health and safety professional.Since 2009 , she has delivered over 450 workshops and presentations to over 5,000 New Brunswick employers and employees as well as high school students to help them better understand their rights and responsibilities toward a healthy and safe workplace.
She strives to keep her message about workplace health and safety simple and practical. Nicole also assists companies, employers, employees and associations to build health and safety systems.
Nicole has a particular interest in wellness and served as chair of the regional wellness committee from 2013 to 2020 at WorkSafeNB ‘s regional office in Grand Falls.
She believes that no health and safety program is truly complete without touching upon employee wellness- whether physical or psychological

Nicole is a professional agrologist. She obtained both a Bachelor and Master of Science in agriculture. She has a certificate in adult education and obtained her Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation.
